Broadleaf Results has amazing opportunities for IT and Engineering Recruiters. Technical Recruiters with Broadleaf, are working in tandem with Client Delivery Directors, as well as the customer's HR teams and processes to seek out the best software/hardware engineering talent. 

If you have 3+ years of experience in sourcing, engaging with, and hiring advanced semiconductor and manufacturing talent we would love to talk to you!  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to source, attract, recruit and select high-quality candidates against defined criteria for multiple disciplines
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the selection process including interviews, and offer negotiation.
  • Maintain set benchmark as set forth by Company
  • Log all activity in ATS 

Skills / Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting & sourcing experience
  • Working knowledge of the tools of the trade: resume databases, social networking, sourcing tools and spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and networking
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and working in a results measured environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
Competitive pay: $45 - 65/hour, with $20K - $50K bonus based on performance.

Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the candidate will be subject to a background check and a drug screen. Additional industry skill-testing may be needed prior to placement.
