We are seeking a highly capable, action-oriented and engaged individual to join us as a Talent Acquisition Advisor on the Broadleaf Delivery team.
The Delivery team’s main purpose is to support the fulfillment of Broadleaf’s Managed Service Program (MSP) clients’ open requisitions through advisement, facilitation of sourcing (directly or indirectly via an associate supplier) and screening (directly or indirectly via an associate supplier) of candidates, building talent communities by pipelining candidates and/or developing valued relationships with hiring managers and associate suppliers, and ensuring a positive experience for the active candidate being migrated to the “hired” status and cleared to start.
The Talent Acquisition Advisor (TAA) is responsible for implementing strategies to achieve contracted service level metrics; executing the delivery of talent acquisition services to achieve results; managing goals and objectives; and maintaining communication with established clients to ensure successful business satisfaction. The TAA is the key interface for daily program issues/successes between Broadleaf, clients, and suppliers regarding order fulfillment, workflow process, and back-office processes. The TAA also provides guidance to fellow account team members and stakeholders in keeping with organizational goals and company policy.

This position operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, etc. (depending on account requirement/onsite at customer location).
