Job Description

Broadleaf Results has exciting opportunities for Recruiters with high-volume recruiting experience in hospitality, retail, and/or manufacturing. 

As a Recruiter with Broadleaf, you would be responsible for working in tandem with Client Delivery Directors, as well as the customer's HR teams and processes.  The primary objective is to recruit and submit quality candidates to the customer using the latest sourcing tools and technologies.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct candidate resume reviews, phone screenings, and provide candidate care throughout the recruitment process
  • Source, engage with and submit qualified talent for our customer's open roles
  • Maintain set benchmark as set forth by Company
  • Log all activity in ATS 

Job Requirements

Skills / Qualifications:

  • 1 year of prior high-volume recruiting experience, preferably within hospitality, retail, or manufacturing
  • Working knowledge of the tools of the trade: resume databases, social networking, sourcing tools and spreadsheets (can maintain complex spreadsheets), and networking
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and working in a results measured environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
Competitive pay: $30 - $50/hour

Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the candidate will be subject to a background check and a drug screen. Additional industry skill-testing may be needed prior to placement.
