Region Sales Manager- Wholesale Hardware- Florida Territory
Our client, an innovative, fast- growing national wholesale hardware company, is seeking a Region Sales Manager for the Florida territory. This is a B2B sales position focused on residential door hardware and door security within the construction/building material industry arena. Tremendous opportunity to grow the entire Florida region with unlimited potential. This is a home office- based opportunity with heavy emphasis on travel- best suited for the road warrior and the hunter sales mentality. Home office can be based out of/near Tampa or Orlando, FL. Forging relationships and building new account acquisition as well as servicing and further developing existing customer base- with emphasis on building beneficial, life long, strong and sustainable partnerships. This is an excellent position for a motivated sales person looking for a rewarding, long- term career opportunity. Position reports directly to VP Sales.
- 5+ years minimum B2B outside sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills
- Documented sales success
- Motivated, results oriented, self-starter required
- Tampa or Orlando home office
- Road Warrior- Territory travel (50-75%)
- Industry experience a plus but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
