Fortune 100 client in Chicago suburbs seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter. The Executive Recruiter will identify, engage and connect with the best executive-level talent externally to quickly & successfully fill executive openings across our North American business segments. He/she will collaborate with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand both current and future staffing needs, discuss potential recruiting strategies, and then manage the executive recruiting process from quickly sourcing passive candidates through to offer acceptance.
The Executive Recruiting team is a small & highly skilled group of experienced recruiters, working across the entire enterprise and focused on identifying both internal and external executive talent for positions in the $300-600,000 compensation range (with total packages up to seven figures). They also partner with Succession Planning to identify where external talent may be required to bridge possible executive talent gaps within the organization.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience and at least 1 year focused on executive level hires
- Expert sourcing skills using a wide variety of tools to identify and engage senior level executives
- Experienced hiring in a wide variety of job functions, ideally with a manufacturing or distribution related field
