You Will:

  • Support engagements by designing solutions optimized to meet customer requirements
  • Proactively assesses customers’ needs, scope technical requirements, and recommend solutions that deliver value for both the customer and ACLIVITI
  • Secure input from all necessary solution stakeholders, to ensure appropriate support
  • Ensure ongoing solution value to the customer after services and implementations are completed
  • Constantly evolve technical skill sets with certifications, training, and conferences based on ACLIVITI business strategy
  • Own key relationships and ensure optimal client experience
  • Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on client meetings to ensure professional, efficient, and effective sales cycle
  • Have a keen ability to develop and communicate a coherent understanding of the client’s technology needs and expectations
  • Be comfortable demonstrating your insight by incorporating the input of others and generating buy-in to any proposed approach or solution
  • Identify potential needs within customer technology strategies for additional ACLIVITI projects and opportunities to cross-sell
  • Continuously improve ACLIVITI sales processes and delivery approaches

You’re an ideal candidate if you:
  • Have at least 3 years’ experience in or around Enterprise IT, Outsourced IT or Cloud Solutions
  • Have at least 5 years’ experience leading projects and teams in sales centric organizations
  • Have cloud and managed service experience with contact centers, SD-WAN, and collaboration technologies
  • Have solid C-Level & VP or technology executive level relationships with key customer contacts ($1B+ Enterprise)
  • Possess a deep technical understanding of WAN/SD-WAN or CCaaS technology
  • Understand the differentiators of the leading enterprise vendors in the SD-WAN or CCaaS market
  • Display excellent communication, presentation and research skills
  • Are formally educated with a Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA a plus
