We are looking for talented client-centric virtual engineering recruitment consultants to join the TalentRISE team. This is true project based work, recruiting for dynamic clients across multiple industries. While hours are flexible, we are seeking recruiters available during core business hours.
We are looking for recruitment experience in:
- Traditional Engineering Roles (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, etc.)
- Engineering Management
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 5 + years of hands-on recruiting.
- Minimum of 2 years recruiting in traditional engineering.
- Ability to work at a high-volume, fast paced environment.
- Capable to learn a client's needs and culture quickly.
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Deep understanding of recruiting metrics and ability to reach weekly goals
- Extremely tech savvy, able to learn new ATS systems, tools, and softwares quickly.
