Chicago based TalentRISE LLC is a rapidly growing full service recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) and executive search firm.  Our diverse portfolio of clients and projects span all industries, functions and levels – no two clients are alike so every day is an adventure.  We have an immediate opening for a Client Delivery Project Manager that is process driven, detail oriented, nimble, creative and passionate about recruiting.   

The Project Manager partners with internal TalentRISE and client stakeholders to ensure that a project is planned and executed in a manner that meets and exceeds client expectations. This key role generally involves delivering tailored and customized recruiting solutions for projects ranging from 3-12 months in length and operating budgets of $150,000 to $500,000 or greater. 

Key Duties:

·         Deliver client business value through recruiting, sourcing and project management expertise

·         Develop and adapt strategies to deliver expected project results

·         Advise and consult on best practices in sourcing and selection

·         Serve as primary point of contact for communication, updates, delivery and issue escalation/resolution

·         Lead the end-to-end project life-cycle which includes:

    • Pre-implementation client discovery for initiation and setup of delivery model
    • Sourcing, screening and selection process mapping
    • Candidate marketing, sourcing and media strategy development and execution
    • Team selection, scheduling and onboarding

·         Provide day to day work direction for the recruiting and project support team

·         Lead weekly meetings with hiring managers and project teams to discuss and assess requisition status and candidate pipeline health

·         Consistently and proactively consult and collaborate with hiring managers regarding expectations, challenges and strategies

·         Completion of project closeout activities

Skills Required

·         Bachelor’s Degree

·         7+ years of recruiting experience with a thorough understanding of staffing practices with demonstrated professional growth within HR, Staffing and/or Talent Acquisition

·        Experience managing RPO or recruiting projects

·         A can-do attitude with the ability to design, develop and implement strategic solutions

·         Strong collaborator with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization both internally and externally

·         Ability to manage intricate details of the recruiting project and synthesize hiring details into joint actionable tasks to drive client outcomes

·         Broad business knowledge; easily able to learn our client’s business drivers and needs

·         Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and often competing priorities within tight deadlines and high client expectations

·         Exceptional stress tolerance and emotional intelligence

·         Good people manager, coach and developer of talent; willing and able to have difficult performance conversations when needed

·         Clearly sets goals and manages expectations across all levels of the organization

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
