Job Description
The Ecosystem Partner Manager will work closely with our Digital Hub Director to establish and cultivate alliances with startups, universities and key strategic business partners supporting our digital transformation journey.
  • Search for promising startups, universities, and business partners; perform an ecosystem growth analysis based on criteria and build a strategic relationship pipeline aligned to defined or expected needs
  • Develop your own network of founders, entrepreneurs, investors, professional and experts; identify and integrate into relevant digital and local communities; participate in local events as our client’s digital ambassador
  • Plan and implement community events hosted by our client, e.g. startup summit, hackathon, accelerator 
  • Build and lead partnership program, gain commitment and consensus of targeted achievement, completion dates for all outcomes and provide ongoing governance/ guidance
  • Engage with existing corporate venture capital fund including relationship management and start-up assessment for partnership/investment opportunity based on business value and relevance
  • Coordinate partner engagement, drive partner business reviews and report the progress of the business; develop and cultivate a relationship with our Knauf’s leadership and partners’ executive relationship sponsor 

Desired Qualifications
  • Postgraduate, MBA or equivalent study in business administration, economics, engineering or related field of competencies form a top-tier university
  • 5+ years of experience required in developing a strategic, value-adding network of startups, universities and business partnerships 
  • Track record of developing strong, collaborative partner relationships that result in strong joint businesses and economic impact on the business
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to position Knauf Digital as value-adding partner in the ecosystem and to present to and influence internal and external senior leadership 
  • Solid understanding of how to design and engage programs leading to successful collaborative engagements and past experience in crafting and developing related partner programs
  • Ability to travel up to 60%
