Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst focused on doing whatever it takes to understand the end goal of our clients. They will serve as a liaison between highly motivated, multidisciplinary teams and our clients to build solutions. This individual will have a clear understanding of and experience in all phases of the software development life cycle including vision and scope definition, creative and user experience design, requirements specification and prioritization, iterative development, manual and automated testing, hand off and delivery.  The best candidate will have a bias for action and bring a positive energy to the team to get things done. 

Responsibilities:
  • Work with the clients and product owners to ensure the realization of business goals in working solutions
  • Write business requirements documents, organizing team documentation, consolidate data to implement technical aspects of a business solution, and create graphic user interfaces
  • Identify project/production issues and work with project team to provide solutions or escalate to avoid project delays
  • Track project completion status, organize and document project strategy and requirement gathering sessions, and drive projects forward
  • Must be able to work independently demonstrating initiative in finishing work in a timely and effective manner
  • Coordinate implementation activities across a broad range of functions and departments
  • Facilitate efficient meetings including producing detailed agenda, facilitating discussions, and ensuring action items are identified and followed up on
  • Build strong relationships with client and internal team members to deliver success
  • Contribute to the internal development of Agile and assist in project management processes, deliverables, and standards
  • Continue expansion and development of new skills, techniques, and tools through continuous learning
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BS/BA in relevant program, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of business analyst experience in gathering requirements, project tracking and project planning
  • Familiarity with multiple functional suites and software packages for requirements and QA (JIRA, HP, etc.)
  • Deep knowledge and experience managing QA with multiple SDLCs such as Agile, Scrum and traditional waterfall
  • Strong foundation in core Business Analyst and Quality Assurance skill sets
